Koka is based on the shores of Belfast Lough and is run by Paula Clamp, an Irish best-selling novelist. Having undertaken extensive training with master chocolatiers, she sourced the finest, single-origin chocolate by visiting cocoa plantations as far away as Venezuela – well, someone has to!  Closer to home, Koka sources the finest, award-winning local ingredients such as Irish cream, wildflower honey and stout.
