In keeping with centuries old tradition, our artisans hand-make each and every chocolate. We then give them a 21st century unique and delicious, Irish twist. As you’d expect from people who care so much about our craft, you won’t find any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives in our award winning chocolates.
