In keeping with centuries old tradition, our artisans hand-make each and every chocolate. We then add a contemporary twist to the finest local ingredients, including butter and fresh cream. We have searched out plantations producing the world’s most aromatic cocoa beans and blended them with a touch of Ireland. All of our chocolates are free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.
